- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The absolute worst customer service, at the Woodstock office, I have ever experienced. 2 weeks ago I tried to refill a prescription but they wanted to see me since I hadn't been there in 2 years. Made an appointment for a week ago. I saw the doctor for 3 minutes, he handed my prescription and this time said they wanted to see me in a year. Ok. Fair enough. Take the prescription to Walgreen's that same day and find out that it's no longer covered under my insurance so Walgreen's sent the doctor a fax stating that it's no longer covered. Practically every day since then either Walgreen's or I have spoken to someone personally, faxed or left a message asking for a response. Today, 8 days after my visit, Rikki (the person I spoke to yesterday that said she'd get to the bottom of it) tells me that they are waiting for pre-auth from my insurance. I asked, why hasn't anyone told me that? She said, well we typically don't call until we get it. But I've called! Why didn't you tell me then?! I don't know. #FailFebruary 07, 2017by Judy Degutis
